• Clients are responsible to ensure that MyRock LLC has their current and up-to-date mailing address and email address (not associated with their account).
• We are committed to 99.9% uptime through our Virtual Private Server provider. We will make every reasonable attempt to avoid unexpected server downtime and to ensure that all accounts are well taken care of. However, we cannot guarantee or predict server downtime. Outages and other issues related to downtime are not covered under any guarantee or warranty and will not be grounds for reimbursement.
• Our services may be down from time to time for routine maintenance.
• MyRock LLC may contact you in regards to your account/site. Clients agree Not to label messages from MyRock LLC as SPAM.

• Your use of our services must be lawful, and must not violate any laws of the United States.
• SPAM use (unsolicited email) is strictly prohibited. You must comply with the CAN-SPAM law.
• You may not use email in such a way that it will affect our VPS in a negative way (such as, but not limited to sending of excessive bulk messages, etc).
• You may not post any materials that violate the U.S. Copyright law (DMCA).
• You must also honor and respect U.S. trademark law. Trademark infringement includes, but is not limited to displaying someone else's trademark on your Web site or use of meta tags or keywords that are trademarked. You may not sell or distribute goods that you have no right to sell (including "gray market" goods).
• You may not post or link to content that is prohibited by law or that contain illegal materials.
• No connections to IRC or services like IRC will be allowed.
• Accounts that use excessive resources or bandwidth or that endanger the integrity of the VPS/Server may be suspended without notice.
• Violations to any AUP and/or Terms of Service may also be suspended without notice and appropriate actions taken by MyRock LLC to report such actions to law enforcement as required.
• All server activity is logged, as permitted and maintained by our automated control panel service.
• MyRock LLC will comply with legitimate requests from law enforcement and other governmental entities for information about you. If possibly and not prohibited by law, we will give you notice of these requests. Clients agree to co-operate with requests by law enforcement agencies and provide information that may be required of them.
• This policy may be revised or updated without written notice to you.
• If you are unsure if what you are doing is against our AUP and/or Terms of Service, contact us. There are no refunds granted for accounts terminated due to AUP and/or Terms of Service violation(s).
• This Acceptable Use Policy Summary has been adapted from the AUP of our Service Provider. To obtain the Full Version of their AUP, please contact us.

• MyRock LLC collects personal information about you as it relates to your account with us. This includes, but is not limited to: Name, Company Name, Street Address, E-mail (not on our servers), City, State, Telephone.
• Information is also collected and retained when inquiries are sent to us.
• This information is used to contact you regarding your account/site with us, or your inquiry with us.
• Domains registered by MyRock LLC will contain the client's name as the Owner's Name (other information will use WhoIs Privacy [where applicable] using MyRock LLC's contact information).
• We never use or share your personal information to anyone for any reason, without your written permission, unless required by law. We will never collect or maintain information for anyone found to be under age 13.
• Please contact us to make any corrections to your personal information or with questions about this policy.
